1.There is only ever been one problem associated with Soft Rock
and it is related to the release time of the product. Phosphate
is critical for early root development in all field crops. But,
Phosphate Soft Rock contains absolutely no citrate-soluble or
water-soluble phosphate. The first six to eight-week, maybe Soft
Rock have no problems in orchard situations, but in cropping
locations there must be problems if Soft Rock is used at
planting without allowing for a lead-in time. At the seedling
stage, it is necessary to ensure root development cropping needs
to be present in soluble form.

2.Guano contains a significant percentage of citrate-soluble
phosphate and can be used as a highly effective
starter-phosphate. Almost 18% of the 30% phosphate content of
Guano is citrate-soluble, and this is plenty for vigorous root
growth. The remaining 12% of the phosphorus content will
slow-release over the full crop cycle and beyond.
